Enhancing mental wellbeing
in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs and Online
Facing challenges is a universal aspect of the human experience. Whether grappling with feelings of depression or anxiety, navigating communication difficulties, or dealing with family conflicts and low self-esteem, various aspects of life can leave us feeling overwhelmed and isolated. As a registered counsellor based in Croydon and Melbourne's Eastern suburbs, I offer counselling support to individuals seeking to enhance their mental health and overall well-being.
I work with adults, adolescents, and children, utilising an integrative approach that draws from diverse modalities such as Humanistic, Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused, Emotion-focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I provide both in-person and online counselling, fostering a non-judgmental space for you to explore options, acquire new skills, and navigate life's challenges. My commitment is to create a safe and positive therapeutic relationship with each client.
